Workshops

Mary Kitzinger Trust workshops run on Saturdays typically twice a year – in Spring and Autumn – at the UCL Institute of Child Health in London. The day-long workshops attract academics, clinicians, educators and other professionals who work with children with visual impairment and/or other developmental difficulties. The focus of the workshops is childhood disability related research and practice, with a particular emphasis on health and development of children with visual impairment.

The workshop organising team are keen to hear from developmental psychologists, scientists, teachers and clinicians with broadly related interests to join the workshops to share their research, experience and insights and help stimulate the interchange between research and practice relevant to children with visual impairment.
